1. Our Services
ALPHA KL Plumbing Enterprise provides residential, commercial and industrial plumbing services, including but not limited to emergency plumbing, leak detection, pipe repair, toilet repair and installation, drain unclogging, water heater installation, and water pressure solutions, across Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara, Puchong, Bukit Bintang, Kota Damansara, Damansara Heights and KLCC.
2. Booking & Site Inspection
– Service requests can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our website contact form.
– For most jobs, we conduct a site inspection before providing a final quotation. Some issues may only be fully diagnosed once our technician is on-site.
– Quotations provided before inspection are estimates only and may be adjusted based on the actual condition found during inspection.
3. Pricing & Payment
– We provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins, following our on-site assessment.
– Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or other methods as communicated by our team.
– Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires your approval before proceeding.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
– You may cancel or reschedule a booked appointment by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp as early as possible.
– For emergency callouts, cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may incur a reasonable callout charge.
5. Warranty on Work Performed
– We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Where applicable, we will inform you of any warranty period specific to the service or parts installed.
– Our warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and does not cover damage caused by misuse, pre-existing conditions, unrelated plumbing issues, or third-party interference after our service is completed.
– Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly, and we reserve the right to inspect the issue before any repair or resolution is provided.
6. Customer Responsibilities
– Please ensure our technicians have safe and reasonable access to the property and the affected area.
– Please disclose any known issues, hazards, or previous repairs related to the plumbing system before work begins.
– Any pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our work remain the customer’s responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
– While we take all reasonable care in performing our services, ALPHA KL Plumbing Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including pre-existing structural or plumbing issues not disclosed to us.
– Our liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Service Availability
– We aim to provide fast response times, including 24/7 emergency plumbing support. However, response times may vary depending on location, weather, traffic, and technician availability.
– We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our serviceable areas, though we will always inform you promptly if this is the case.
9. Website Use

– We reserve the right to update website content, service offerings, and pricing information at any time without prior notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
